Cancellation Policy
✨ Appointment Policy Highlights ✨
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Kindly avoid arriving early, as I may be with another client.
• If you’re running late, communication is appreciated. Emergencies happen, and I’ll always try to be understanding when possible.
• 10+ minutes late: Your service may be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• 15+ minutes late: Appointment will be canceled and counted as a no-show.
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50%.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged 100%.
• Clients who no-show twice may be required to prepay for future appointments.
